The last date of payments at Sassa cash pay points will be December 15
According to the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) all social grant beneficiaries need to be aware of the payment cycle for December.
Sassa spokesperson, Nandi Mosia, says social grant payments for December will commence on November 28.
Mosia says actual payment dates of pay points are printed on the receipts beneficiaries received with their November payment.
“Funds will be available for collection at ATMs and stores until December 22.
“The last date of payments at Sassa cash pay points will be December 15,” she says.
Mosia reminded beneficiaries to keep their Sassa payment cards and PINs safe and not to share them with anyone.
“They should also take note that the expiry date of their cards has been extended beyond December and the cards don’t need to be replaced this year,” she adds.
